In this Level 1: (Self Work) Somatic Channeling session I’m being drawn to work with layers of the throat center. All of the movement, expression, mudra, sound, tapping and breathwork in the session is INTUITIVELY coming through - none of what you are seeing is willfully implemented. This beautiful practice has catapulted me into new depths and dimensions of my Self. Your seeing the unraveling of dense energies (old beliefs, T/trauma, patterns) harbored in my physical and energetic bodies.

A subtraction process - making space for my Eternal Nature to be channeled freely through this body-mind.
